ABOUT MEMBERSHIP and Waitlist
Please see the following information about our waitlist:
• The Woodhaven Waitlist is an ongoing list.
• Once you join the waitlist, your name will remain active for one (1) year.
• Your name will be removed from the list if you register as a member, or if the one-year duration expires without you registering.
• A $100 deposit is required to join the waitlist, which will be deducted from the full initiation fee upon registration.
• Effective June 1, 2025, the initiation fee will be $500.00.
• Registration offers are made on a first-come, first-served basis (based on the original date you joined the waitlist).
• The number of registrations offered is strictly dependent on the available open spots needed to reach our full membership capacity.
• When a waitlist member successfully registers, they are removed, and all remaining waitlist members are automatically moved up in sequence.
